1.1 Kardar Challenger Events Limited (referred to as "the Agency") provides agency chef services to clients (referred to as "the Client").
1.2 The Agency will provide qualified and experienced chefs to fulfill the culinary needs of the Client's events or establishments as agreed upon.
2.1 The Client must make a booking request specifying the date, time, location, and culinary requirements at least [X] days in advance.
2.2 The Agency will confirm the availability of a suitable chef and provide a quotation based on the Client's requirements.
2.3 Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and a deposit payment as specified by the Agency.

4.2 The Client may request a specific chef, subject to availability and agreement by the Agency.
4.3 The Agency reserves the right to replace a chef due to unforeseen circumstances or performance issues, with a chef of equal or higher qualification.
5.1 The chef provided by the Agency will adhere to professional standards of conduct, hygiene, and culinary skills.
5.2 The chef will arrive punctually at the agreed-upon location and perform their duties diligently for the duration specified in the booking.
5.3 The chef will use their expertise to deliver high-quality culinary experiences tailored to the Client's requirements.
6.1 The Client will provide all necessary equipment, ingredients, and facilities required for the chef to perform their duties, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6.2 The Client will ensure that the event or establishment complies with all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
6.3 The Client will communicate any specific dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences to the Agency in advance.
7.1 The Client agrees to pay the Agency the agreed-upon fee for the chef services as specified in the quotation.
7.2 A deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance payable on or before the date of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7.3 Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon by both parties.
8.1 The Agency and its chefs shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from the Client's use of the chef services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8.2 The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the Agency and its chefs against any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Client's breach of these terms or actions related to the event.
9.1 Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach that remains uncured within [X] days of written notice.
9.2 In the event of termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees owed to the Agency for services rendered up to the date of termination.
3.1 The Client may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing written notice to the Agency.
3.2 Cancellation made less than [X] days prior to the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of the deposit
10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties, and if not resolved, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By engaging the services of Kardar Challenger Events Limited, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be subject to change at the discretion of the Agency, with prior notice to the Client.
